LocksmithWire provides professional locksmith services including but not limited to:

• Emergency lockout services
• Lock installation and repair
• Key cutting and duplication
• Security system installation
• Commercial and residential locksmith services

Service Availability

We provide 24/7 emergency services across Edmonton and surrounding areas. Response times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and service demand.

Pricing and Payment

All service prices are provided upfront before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship and use quality parts. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days for resolution.

Liability and Insurance

LocksmithWire is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or property.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate contact and location information
• Being present or having authorized representative present during service
• Providing proof of ownership or authorization for property access
• Payment upon completion of services

Emergency Services

Emergency services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to prioritize calls based on urgency and safety concerns.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled before work begins. Cancellation fees may apply if our technician has already arrived at your location.
